Research Project: Impact of the new media on children's education, and social formation

Development of technology brought wide range of educational, as well as entertaining programs for kids. The ease of use, and affordable cost has created the reality in which almost every child has access to a computer at home, at school, and even at pre-school. Is this good or bad? The answer is not that obvious. On one hand, the media can promote knowledge. On the other hand, it may bring with it isolation and lack of physical activity. What do parents, educators, and kids themselves think about it? That is what I would like to find out in my research project.
